1 Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and cita88 ("Platform", "we"). By accessing, registering for or using any part of the cita88 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by all terms stated here.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are required not to use the cita88 platform. Continued use following any amendment to the terms is considered full acceptance of the amended terms.
2 User Eligibility
cita88 services are only open to individuals who meet the following requirements:
- At least 21 years of age on the date of registration;
- A citizen or permanent resident located in a geographic area where online gambling is permitted;
- Possessing full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;
- Not currently on the self-exclusion list of any responsible gambling programme;
- Not registering on behalf of any third party.
cita88 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to ensure compliance with these eligibility requirements. Documents that may be required include a copy of the national identity card (MyKad), passport or other accepted statutory documents.
3 Account Registration
Each user is permitted to hold one account only. Multiple account registrations by the same user — whether using a different name, email address, mobile number or payment details — are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all related accounts.
During registration, users are required to provide accurate, complete and current information. Users are responsible for updating their account information should any changes occur. cita88 is not responsible for any losses arising from inaccurate or outdated information.
- Usernames must consist of permitted characters only and must not resemble the name of any cita88 staff member;
- Passwords must contain at least eight characters with a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters and numbers;
- Users are fully responsible for all activity that occurs within their account;
- Any unauthorised access or use must be reported to cita88 support immediately.
4 Deposits & Withdrawals
The cita88 platform supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking (FPX), Boost and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC and ETH).
The minimum deposit amount per transaction is RM20. The minimum withdrawal is RM50 per transaction. Withdrawals are typically processed within one hour from the time the request is received, subject to required verification.
- All transactions must use a payment method registered in the name of the same user;
- Withdrawals will only be processed once all bonus wagering requirements, if any, have been met;
- cita88 reserves the right to request additional verification for transactions exceeding a certain amount as a security measure;
- Any attempt at money laundering or financial fraud will be reported to the relevant authorities.
5 Bonuses & Promotions
cita88 offers various promotions from time to time, including a welcome bonus for new members. The first deposit bonus gives an additional 150% of your first deposit amount, up to a maximum of RM300.
The bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 15 times the bonus amount before bonus winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a deposit of RM100 gives a bonus of RM150 making the balance RM250, and the wagering requirement is RM150 × 15 = RM2,250. If you deposit RM600, the bonus received is RM300 making the balance RM900, with a wagering requirement of RM300 × 15 = RM4,500.
- Bonuses may only be claimed once per user unless stated otherwise;
- Any attempt to abuse the bonus system will result in cancellation of the bonus and possible account closure;
- cita88 reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice;
- The cita88 VIP programme offers weekly cashback of between 0.2% and 0.8% depending on membership level (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum).
6 Game Rules
The cita88 platform offers various game categories including online slots, live casino, sports betting, horse racing and cricket. Each game has its own rules that users must follow.
Game outcomes are determined by a system that is certified and audited regularly by an independent body. cita88 will not reverse game results determined by the system except in cases of clearly proven technical errors.
- Users are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before playing;
- Any dispute regarding game results must be submitted to cita88 support within 72 hours;
- Bets that have been confirmed and accepted by the system cannot be cancelled;
- cita88 reserves the right to void any bet suspected of involving fraud or manipulation.
7 Prohibited Conduct
cita88 users are strictly prohibited from doing the following while using this platform:
- Using automation software, bots or any third-party tools to manipulate games or the system;
- Colluding with other players to exploit weaknesses in the system or games;
- Depositing or withdrawing funds on behalf of other users;
- Using third-party payment information without valid authorisation;
- Spreading false or misleading information about the cita88 platform;
- Accessing the platform through unauthorised technical means or using a VPN to bypass regional restrictions.
8 Intellectual Property
All content on the cita88 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads and software, is the property of cita88 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Users are not permitted to copy, redistribute, sell, republish or exploit any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from cita88. Limited personal use is permitted for informational purposes only.
9 Limitation of Liability
cita88 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive losses suffered by users as a result of using or being unable to use this platform, including but not limited to:
- Platform disruption or unavailability due to maintenance, technical issues or events beyond our control;
- Loss of data or account information due to third-party technical failures;
- Any investment or financial decisions made by users based on information on the platform;
- Gambling losses incurred by users while using cita88 services.
The cita88 platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranty regarding its reliability, accuracy or suitability for any particular purpose.
10 Responsible Gambling
cita88 is committed to responsible gambling practices. This platform is only suitable for users who use gambling services for entertainment and can afford any losses that may occur.

11 Account Termination
Users may close their account at any time by contacting cita88 support via live chat or email. cita88 reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's account in the following situations:
- Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions;
- Suspicion or proof of fraudulent activity;
- Self-exclusion requests or responsible gambling protection decisions;
- Instructions from legal authorities or regulators;
- Submission of false information during registration or the verification process.
Upon account termination, any valid remaining balance (after deducting any bonus that does not meet the requirements) will be processed for withdrawal subject to any necessary investigation.
12 Governing Law
The cita88 platform operates under valid international licensing and complies with the legal requirements of the relevant jurisdiction. These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of that jurisdiction.
Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the cita88 platform shall first be resolved through voluntary negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute will be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unenforceable or contrary to law, that provision will be deemed amended to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
